Starting with the contracts signed with their Clients, broadcasters will be able to manage their content contracts and manage all metadata and rights associated with content intrinsically in YES!BMS. This will allow them to correctly identify and utilise all their content and manage their inventory within YES!BMS.
YES!BMS users will now be able to plan for the long term, and analyse the benefits of each of these long-term plans. The resulting analysis is seamlessly converted into the actual daily schedule; a ready-made playlist with all pre-planned programming elements, as well as those derived from broadcasters’ promotional and ad sales plans.
– Rights management for sports events
YES!BMS allows to manage contracts for sports event rights, following rules based on the number of hours purchased or the number of matches per day. It is also possible book matches/events and view them in a special analysis and then choose the best ones for the schedule planning.
– Automatic material code generation
Creation and automatic management of material codes linked to file-type programmes but also to LIVE-type programmes (for scheduling replicas). The code creation rules can be customised and allows to create a direct link the ingest department.
– Multichannel Planning
Multi-channel scheduling management that allows a global view of all channel scheduling in order to manage any overlaps for the same programme or category. YES!BMS provides the user with customisable alerts and error checks linked to a colour chart.
– Promo Playlist
The list of promotions can be managed and displayed separately for optimal planning.
– VOD offers and schedules
The function allows the management of both linear and VOD-type channels; for the latter, it is possible to create a list of offers for the various VOD platforms, and then manage the rights and display of individual playlists.
