KazMedia is the Astana Media Center, the biggest and most important radio and television complex in Central Asia, broadcasting all the major radio and television stations of Kazakhstan.

In 2023, SI Media, together with our regional partner DDD (Design Development Distribution), has been awarded for two major projects to be implemented at KazMedia: the new national archive in Astana and the GeoReserve in Almaty.
A huge achievement for SI Media, which strengthens the presence in Central Asia, one of our strategic markets, considering that also the national television of Uzbekistan, Mtrk, is using our complete end-to-end platform for MAM, Scheduling and MCR automation for several years now.

For these projects SI Media is going to implement all the latest features of YES!, in order to provide an integrated, state-of-the-art workflow. A comprehensive Media Asset Management, in which YES! is going to take care of all the contents produced at the MediaCenter, from the acquisition to the distribution to several destinations and social media platforms and the archive into a multi-drives tape library for long-term storage of all the material. YES! will integrate several third-party systems and devices in use, such as the production MAM, the automation and the non-linear editing systems.
On top of that, a GeoReserve system will be provided in Almaty, in order to ensure the continuity of services in any situation.
